We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

✅ Unused and in the same condition as received
✅ Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
🔄 How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

- Receive Return Authorization – Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and shipping instructions.
- Ship Your Item – Carefully pack your item and ship it to the address provided.
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
💳 Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
🔁 Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different scent or product, please follow the return steps above. Once we receive your return, we’ll process the exchange and ship your new item within 3–5 business days (subject to product availability).
